Executive Chef, Liam Hennessy

Chef Liam Hennessy is a Dayton Native, living in Centerville, Ohio with his wife and three children!

A 1994 Carroll High School graduate who attended Sinclair Community College’s culinary-arts program.  His background is extensive and he has worked in many facets of the hospitality industry.  Chef Liam has firm culinary roots in the Dayton area and has led local establishments, including:
Dayton Country Club (Dayton)
17 West (New Bremen)
Fifth St. Brewpub (Dayton)
Country Club of the North (Beavercreek)
Lexis Nexis for Sodexho Corporate services (Miamisburg)

Chef Liam had retired from being a chef prior to coming to us here at Shaker Run.  He was in restaurant equipment and paper goods sales, which led him to us. He saw a need and proposed a solution, which ultimately made him our Executive Chef and Savior of everything culinary.  He’s talented, good looking, hilarious and likes walks on the beach. Seriously, he’s the $#*^!
